Collesano is a town in the province of Palermo, within the Madonie Park. Set on the northern side of the mountains, it brings together religious architecture, traditional crafts and local food.
What to see in Collesano
The Basilica of San Pietro is one of the town's landmarks, valued for its architecture and the works of art it houses. A walk through the village can also take in Santa Maria di Gesù and Santa Maria la Vecchia, in the oldest part of town.
