Enquiries about a stay
You can select dates and one or two guests. The website validates these fields locally and prepares a message that you can review. It does not send that message or confirm availability, a booking or payment.
Only when you send the message from your email app does the property receive your email address, the contents and any other information you choose to include. The request is used to reply about the stay and take steps at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). No marketing consent is requested for this purpose.
Providing information is voluntary; without enough details the property may be unable to answer. Do not include payment card details, identity documents or health information in an initial enquiry.
Providers and international processing
Hosting and delivery use Cloudflare Pages. Enquiries are addressed to the property’s published Gmail address; transmission and storage of messages also involve email providers. Google Maps is an external link and does not load an embedded map on these pages.
The property must confirm provider arrangements, roles and the applicable international transfer safeguards before the final notice is approved. This website does not claim that all processing stays within the European Economic Area.

Retention
The website does not persist the dates or guest count you enter. Closing or refreshing the page discards the page’s enquiry state; your browser or email app may have its own independent features.

Messages associated with an actual booking may be subject to different contractual or statutory retention duties. Those must be documented by the property.
Your rights

If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Rights depend on their statutory conditions.
